Lake Rebecca Park Reserve

Two Saturdays ago we took a walk, a LONG walk in the Lake Rebecca Park Reserve out in Rockford,MN. We did the whole loop, which I now see is about 7 miles!

It was a nice day- cool enough in the shade for a sweater, but the sun was shining.

This past summer it's mainly been you two and me going to parks, but since your dad was willing and able we thought it would be nice to try out a new park.

And try out the new canopy for your wagon (thanks Grandma Jane and Grandpa Jon!)

Were you two dazzled by nature?

You liked it alright. You really do enjoy being pulled around. I guess who wouldn't enjoy that?!

Although there's always got to be something to chew on...the water bottle, the bottle of sunscreen, leaves (no! No leaves, Zoe!)

I'll have to make due with a thumb.

Daddy did find a caterpillar though. You did want to grab that too, but we thought better of it.

A good day.

Wow! Seven Miles! 'Marathoners' before age two! R and Z so lucky they have 'park aware' parents! :-)
