I bought a Groupon for an activity to be documented later and it required us to take a short (1 hour or so) roadtrip up to Taylors Falls, MN on the beautiful St Croix River.
Imagine our luck finding a vacant nicnic table right there on the deck overlooking the St Croix.
I had switched "off" days at work and had a 3 day weekend (this after a another three day weekend...nothing to complain about). It was HOT and sunny. And Ms Zoe wouldn't wear a hat or keep the sunglasses on. Not that I expect the sunglasses, but you go for those with such enthusiasm. For 2 minutes.
Peeking thru the banisters could be so fun.
