And a walk with Dad

After our Gale Woods excursion, there was still light and your Dad was home. Time to venture back out, this time a little closer to home.

Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden. Another one of those that is on the radar, but not visited. Your Dad and I came here awhile back, but what we both remembered was a bugs. So we didn't stay long. This was your first visit.

And since it was getting closer to dusk, it was going to be a fairly quick visit.

Yes, let it.

The entrance had a nice wooded entrance down a hill. Sometimes its hard to believe this is in the middle of the city. I had to say "thanks Eloise". With the assumption that this was here largely because of her.

There was a nice little building with some park workers. We got to touch some turtle shells and ask about what looked like a fox skull.

Nice purple flowers to match the shirt. But NO PICKING, Zo.

I gave Zo the camera (the little one) to take a picture.

And then Roman. Yeah.

Nice night.
Enjoy what you got, folks. :)
