When your kids take off their own diapers and drop them in the trash can as they prepare for taking a bath I guess it's a sign that they probably are ready for potty training.

Well Annie congratualtions are not yet quite in order...they just know how to get those suckers off. They haven't yet identified a need to move away from them yet ;)

Have a friend who told me she knew her son was ready when he told her he preferred Huggies to Pampers.
