Try as I might I couldn't get you two to hang out by the scarecrow. Roman sat, but wouldn't look at me. Oh well. This will give us the progressional view, year by year.
We sat at a picnic table by a very pretty little cluster of plants. Of course Zoe picked herself a mum. And this didn't dawn on me until after I took these pictures and she went back for more. Oops. Nope. Can't do that in public. But I love this picture.
And luckily enough, Dad came back with an apple turnover about this time. MMM good.
And then he stole the camera to get some closeups of the other live things around us.
And a little house. This house was a little more active with little folk than the Roman and Zoe house in the backyard, but I guess that added to the fun.
ik The four of us also got in a wagon ride. And learned that the highest point in Washington county is up in the orchard. Beautiful view I didn't capture on the moving wagon - nor did we have time to go back and walk around (this year!)
But we did get some apples and some yummy cider to take home. You two even got to watch the apples getting sorted, bagged and whatever else these people were doing.
Go apples.
